1. Order Processing
Orders are processed and packed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
During promotional campaigns, holidays, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days.
Alexandria and other governorates: 2–5 business days.
Remote areas: 3–7 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
Standard shipping fees apply to most orders.
Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding the minimum purchase amount specified by OTIVA during promotional periods or ongoing offers.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing your tracking number and a tracking link so you can monitor your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
5. Delivery Information
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate when placing your order.
If the courier is unable to reach you or the delivery address is incorrect, delivery may be delayed or additional shipping charges may apply.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify the courier immediately and contact OTIVA Customer Support within 24 hours of receiving your order.
