ACTIVA® 911A
ACTIVA 911 is a Non-Toxic tin octyl, organotin stabilizer compound, that provides PVC compositions with outstanding heat stability and crystal clarity. It provides outstanding heat and light Stability Maintaining initial color.
ACTIVA 911 is recommended for use as a heat stabilizer in all rigid PVC applications. It specially adapted to high sheer applications such as Calendaring, Injection moulding & Fittings or pipe Extrusion.
ACTIVA 911 allows PVC to be transformed at high process temperature avoiding thermal degradation. It is the one of the best technical solution to produce high transparent PVC finished product. Its recommended dosing rate is 1-1,5 phr. It can also be used with the other co-stabilizers, even at lower rate, depending upon the working conditions and the requested final properties.

Storage
Stable under normal conditions of storage down
to 0°C. If frozen, allow to thaw and stir well
before use.
